HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The University of Alabama in Huntsville Department of Athletics launched a new website on Friday morning, joining forces with SIDEARM SPORTS to give fans of the Blue and White a cutting-edge platform on which to follow the Chargers.
“The public's first impression of an athletic department is often its athletic website,” said UAH Director of Athletics
Dr. E. J. Brophy. “It is often the first thing a recruit or potential season ticket holder sees, and we wanted to make ours first class.
Taylor Flatt, Rod Black and SIDEARM did a super job with the site and we are quite pleased with the results.”
In addition to the obvious facelift that comes with the new online destination for Charger athletics, fans will enjoy added benefits such as embedded video, upgraded live stats and much more.
“We couldn't be more excited to launch this new site for our fans,” said UAH Sports Information Director Flatt whose department will oversee the site. “It's just another step in the direction of making UAH one of the premier Division II institutions in the country, and we really hope that supporters of the Chargers enjoy what the site has to offer.”
