CHARGERS IN MANHATTAN | 4:15 p.m.
The Blue and White have arrived at their hotel in the Little Apple and are relaxing before tonight's practice session. We have received several questions on
Twitter about video coverage for tomorrow night's game, and as of right now there is none planned. However, Steve Moulton will have the call on
97.7 The Zone. And that's better than video anyways.
EARLIER TODAY | 2:05 p.m.
The Chargers left Huntsville at 7:40 a.m. after meeting at Spragins for the short trip to HSV.
The team paused for a quick group picture in KC. This was before the guys quickly realized just how cold it is up here. The temperature when the plane landed was a crisp 34F. The wind makes it feel quite colder. Fortunately, basketball is played indoors, and the forecasted low of 22F tonight in Manhattan won't matter that much.
ARRIVAL IN KANSAS CITY | 12:15 p.m.
The Chargers have landed in Kansas City and have boarded a bus that is currently en route to Manhattan. The squad will eat lunch shortly and then finish the two-hour drive. After resting up for a bit this afternoon, the team will have a 7 p.m. practice as the Blue and White prepares for tomorrow night's showdown with North Texas.
We'll have continious updates, so refresh this page often.
